As part of the public contract “Increasing cyber security of Klaudián Hospital” in Mladá Boleslav, we successfully implemented the Identity Management tool AC Identity to manage access to selected applications of the hospital. The AC Identity product was selected because of the existing connectors to contract applications, as well as readiness for processes used in the healthcare sector.

The project had a contractual framework within which the delivery had to take place. Scheduling was done in accordance with the required contractual deadlines and a detailed schedule was presented to the client at the initial kick-off meeting. After analyzing the client’s current environment and agreeing on the target concept, the project was implemented. After that, the follow-up contractual requirements were fulfilled (staff training, testing, system debugging, test run). After the test run was completed, the application was fully launched in the production environment. Throughout the project, regular status meetings were held with the customer to inform them of the current status of the implementation and the requirements for interaction.
