For our long-standing client CEZ, we completed a complex integration project to replace Websphere with SAP PI resources.
Project description
The project completely changed the middleware for communication between internal SAP systems and proprietary applications that serve, for example, employees in the field.
In addition to changing the environment itself, protocols had to be modified not only on the system itself but also on surrounding systems. The complexity of the modifications was mainly due to the amount of information that flows through the system in one second and the need to maintain the correct sequence in the minimum required time of information delivery to the target.
The successful deployment brought a simpler licensing policy and the alignment of internal technologies according to the strategic plans of the company’s management.
