In 2024, contact was made with Switch. In the second half of the year, two smaller projects were implemented – the so-called Due Diligence and migration of the Identity Management (IdM) from the infrastructure of the original supplier to the Switch infrastructure. The first project focused primarily on the analysis of the customer’s environment (infrastructure, IdM tool source codes and connectors, security, configurations, architecture), then the quality of the processed documentation. Analysis of critical areas with treatment recommendations and estimations for better management/service were also included. The migration proposal for the second part of the project was an integral part of the analysis. It consisted of a migration from four to three different environments (test, stage, production), dockerization of the application services, new monitoring and alerting setup and also included taking over the whole service management by AMI, including a defined service model and SLA contract.
