Service – IdM and AM Support

Support for Sun Identity Manager and Sun Access Manager implementation. We have been providing support and service since 2009 to date and proactively work with the client on ongoing service and development.
Project description
The aim of the support is to ensure smooth operation of the Identity Manager and CzechPoint Identity Manager applications. In particular:
- automatic processes
- administrative interventions
- minor operational adjustments
- methodological consultations
- repairs of emergency conditions
In addition to IDM, Single Sign On and access control using Sun Access Manager is supported. Supported functionalities
- Unique access point to the Czech Post portal (client zone)
- provision of Single Sign On for other applications (access control)
- provision of authorization for other applications (authorization management)
Sun Portal (infrastructure portal) and SUN One mail server are also supported.
Support is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a guaranteed response time of 2 hours.
During business hours, customers report their requests through the AMI help desk where all requests and their resolution are logged.
During non-business hours, the customer has contact with a telephone hotline where an operator will assess their request and, in the event of a major emergency, will pass the request to a specialist for resolution.
