Project goal
The aim of the project was to implement the SharePoint environment on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 technology and the agenda of commenting and approving public contracts using the Nintex Workflow 2010 application embedded in the MS SharePoint environment, including technical support for the subject of performance.
Project description
The first step of the project was to perform an analysis to define the different types of contracts, the approval processes, the requirements for the structure of the collaboration environment, the possibilities of migrating the current procurement application and the design of the solution.
During the implementation, MS SharePoint server and Nintex Workflow engine were deployed according to customer requirements specified in the solution design in a test environment. The proposed antivirus solution was changed without impacting the expected functionality.
After thorough testing, the application was temporarily launched for live operation in the test environment due to the delay of HW delivery in the production environment. In the meantime, the project documentation was completed and nothing prevented the application from running in the client’s production environment after the HW was delivered.
