Monitoring of applications

The monitoring of applications is an integral part of the infrastructure for the operation of applications whose availability and response are critical for fulfilling the company’s goals. Monitoring solutions by AMI Praha will ensure control of the following:

• Availability of web applications
• Possibility of connection to external systems
• Utilization of system resources (for example, server overload does not occur)
• System resources reserves (for example, free space on drives)
• Proper functionality of all parts of the system (using application probes)

The supervision centre ensures the following:

Customized monitoring

We will design optimized monitoring for your infrastructure to ensure that the important parts of your infrastructure are under supervision. The monitoring system periodically verifies the availability of a given service – e.g. the time by which the system must respond or when an application probe evaluates the status of a given part of the application. In the event of an occurrence which might impair the availability or performance of your infrastructure, previously arranged steps leading to remedying the situation will be carried out. The supervising team will immediately resolve the situation. We can also evaluate e.g. the processor load of a given server or network connection load in a similar way. The measured data can be used, for example, for the determination of the purchasing strategy for a new infrastructure.
